This State Street SPDR exchange-traded fund aims to mirror the overall investment returns of the ICE Exchange-Listed Fixed & Adjustable Rate Preferred Securities Index, before accounting for any operational costs or management fees. The fund strategically invests in preferred shares characterized by their non-convertible nature, a $25 face value, and an origin from issues with a minimum total par value of $250 million. A fundamental requirement for all preferred securities included in the underlying Index is an investment-grade credit rating from either Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or S&P Global Ratings.
